Home Efficiency Rebate+ & Grant
(HER+) Program Has Improved!
Rebates have increased!
You could be eligible for up to $10,600/house in rebates and a $40,000 (ten-year) interest-free loan. Learn more below.
Starting January 2023 in Ontario, the former Canada Greener Homes Grant will be partnering with Enbridge Gas to provide rebates towards eligible retrofits and renovations, including windows and doors. The new Home Efficiency Rebate + (HER+) program will help Ontarians save on their energy costs for their home, cottage and investment residential properties.

Before you start any renovations, you must complete a Home Energy Assessment with a Registered Energy Advisor in your area. Your advisor will take care of your registration, any paperwork, photos or reports required and help guide you through the process.
